RESTORATION PROCESS
Navigating complex insurance claims is dif昀椀cult on your own
and making sure your carrier pays you everything you’re owed
is critical.
With decades of collective experience working with insurance
carriers, building rapport and trust, we can make sure your
claim is handled properly so your carrier pays you 100% of
what you are owed.
INSPECTING STORM DAMAGE
First things 昀椀rst. We will inspect your entire property in
accordance with the storm that caused damage to your home.
WHY A COMPREHENSIVE CHECK IS CRUCIAL?
Complete documentation will positively facilitate the insurance
claim process.
IS FILING INSURANCE CLAIM IF NECESSARY?
With you present, we will give your insurance company a call to
determine the requirements necessary to 昀椀le a claim on your
behalf. Once a claim has generated an adjuster is assigned to
your 昀椀le and we are given a claim number.
CONNECTING WITH YOUR ADJUSTER
At the time of the inspection, we will meet your adjuster on
your behalf, during their assessment.
APPROVAL FROM YOUR INSURANCE
After the inspection, and if an agreement is reached, the
adjuster will offer you a certain sum of money for repairs.
WHAT TO EXPECT NEXT?
The 昀椀rst check you receive is often an advance against the total
settlement amount - this is referred to as the “ACV Check”.
It is not the 昀椀nal payment.
