THE
HEART & BRAIN BEHIND RAPLOR
Leah, who hails from Carlton in Northern Minnesota, has never shied
away from challenges. After earning a Bachelor’s degree in Interior
Design from the Art Institutes of Minnesota in 2008, she began a
career that has spanned various industries.
On August 13, 2020, Leah embarked on her most ambitious endeavor yet. She teamed
up with one of her closest friends to establish Raplor, a full-service general contractor
that specializes in exterior restoration. The company’s initiative, “The Giving Roof,”
aims to give back to the community one roof at a time. Leah is leveraging her expertise
and experience to build change while restoring her clients most valuable assets. She
fearlessly tackles new challenges with her tenacious spirit and extensive skill set, hoping
to inspire and motivate more women to pursue careers in the trades.
Corey, who hails from Norwood Young America, started working in
the trades at the young age of 13, alongside his dad, and has been
in the trades for over 25 years. His entrepreneurial spirit was evident
right after high school when he started his first company.

at a time. Corey is leveraging his expertise and experience to help people restore their
homes and businesses. Corey thrives on blue-collar leadership, project management,
workmanship, and just plain old hard work. Morals and values hold a very important
place in his life, and he strives to uphold these values in everything he does.
When not working, Corey spends quality time with his long-time girlfriend, Brittany,
and his three bonus children. They enjoy various outdoor activities such as kayaking,
camping, fishing, and traveling.
In addition to his various skills and interests, Corey also speaks multiple languages English, fluent sarcasm, and sign language. ;)

Ironically, despite her Interior Design degree, Leah started her
professional journey as an irrigation designer. Over the years,
she has taken on diverse roles, including Event Coordination, Account Management,
Administrative work, and Director of Marketing. Simultaneously, she has managed her
own photography business, 2 Kyngs Studio.
